Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

I want to return to the statement on Fight the Smears that states, Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982. This is actually smoke and mirrors, Obama would have you believe that he himself would have needed to apply for Kenyan Citizenship. But that is not true, someone else could have done this for him before he reached the age of 21.
Chapter VI, Section 92. Persons eligible to be registered as Kenya citizens
(2) A person shall be eligible, upon making application in such manner as may be prescribed by or under an Act of Parliament, to be registered as a citizen of Kenya if. at the date of his application, one of his parents is a citizen of Kenya. and the Minister may cause any such person who so applies to be so registered:
Provided that a person who has not attained the age of twenty-one years (other than a woman who is or has been married) may not himself make an application under this subsection, but an application may be made on his behalf by his parent or guardian.
As you can see by the underline sentence, while Barack Hussein Obama Jr. could not have activated his Kenyan citizenship before he was 21, but his father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr. could easily have done this on his behalf of Barack Hussein Obama Jr.

Interesting, but why would BHO, Sr. file a citizenship application for Barry? BHO, Sr. didn’t return to Kenya until 1965, and by that time Ann Dunham had filed for divorce (it might even have been finalized by ‘65), and was in a relationship with Lolo Soetoro, who she supposedly married when Obama was six (give or take a year, as usual in the O timeline).
No one yet has come up with an actual Kenyan record of citizenship, in spite of rumors of stories by African relatives, etc., so why is the Obama campaign going to the trouble of confirming the idea that Barry was a Kenya citizen once?
Axelrod and company are down and dirty, inside-out schemers. Could they be anticipating that someone might suggest that Barack Obama, Sr. is not Barry’s father? It sounds weird, but so is this FactCheck nonsense. The campaign has a history of planting stuff with the media, and then when there’s a “smear!!!”, they use the planted info as “proof!!!” that the smear is a lie. Is that what’s happening here?
At one time I would have thought that Sr applied for citizenship for jr to appease his mentor, Tom Mboya, as the article at the Boston Globe mentions that Mboya was upset with Sr for abandoning jr.

But Tom Mboya eventually relented, according to his daughter, “for he saw that the opportunity for Obama was very great.”
He could have registered jr as a Kenyan citizen when he returned to Kenya in 1965 and brought the paperwork with him when he visited in 1971, which brings up yet another question. What passport did Sr use to go to Hawaii in 1971 as according to the article:
“Already out of favor, in the years immediately after Mboya’s death he was removed from the government job that he so loved, and stripped of his passport.”
Mboya died in August,1969 so when was Sr’s passport stripped from him?
Whoa and a real quick search on Tom Mboya turned up this article, although I was off by one month for his death which happened July 5, 1969.

Second point is he DID NOT express a desire to join the military at that time as he recently did for political points! On various threads I read regarding his toying with joining the military no one mentioned that he would have been refused because of his drug use!<<<

Obama snr was going to Harvard, that's in another US State, not some foreign country...and there was family in Hawaii. It's not as if the boy was being abandoned, was it? Sounds concocted to me.

I'm sticking with what I know about human behaviour. If Obama snr was a convenient patsy for the pregancy, if accepting or agreeing to be the 'father' got him enough money to go to Harvard, that's all he would care about. That he was never seen with Stanley Ann during their 'courtship' nor during her pregancy...and that there's no evidence of them ever living together, points to only one thing as far as I can see:

It would be of interest now to know where that postcard came from, as for 'staying with a friend of her mother's', I cannot see anywhere in the article that tells us for how long. I cannot see much new here, please correct me if I am wrong or if I have missed something.

Just this morning on FR, there was an article about either her or him saying just that. The article was from the early 1990’s, so they’ve had lots of practice hating “whitey.”
