Without the above information, this certainly would not be accepted as evidence in a court of law. In that way it is no different than the image of a supposed Hawai'ian Certification of Live Birth posted those many months ago by the Obama campaign.

According to Texasdarlin’ and WND, WND has multiple examples of Kenyan BCs from the time period we’re discussing; they’re all consistant in appearance with one another and the photo Orly Taitz has in her possession. Which means, ‘The Republic of Kenya’, like the United States of America, was in common usage BEFORE they adopted their constitution in December 1964.
Our opinions mean squat! What matters is authenticating the document with books in London and with other documents from the same period.
Orly has already had one authentication done and is seeking more, plus she is in London. I hope the British don’t stonewall her but aid us in getting rid of this horrible usurper.

If a judge sets out to discover if Obama is a natural born citizen, there are many documents needed from birth and from his adoption. Birth certificate, passports, legal papers concerning his Indonesian citizenship, school records... Just that he was not born to two American parents is a question for natural born citizenship.
Not everything rests upon any one document. Orly is not hinding from the court that the document must be verified.

I still think the line of succession (after Biden) would prevail.Except for the Speaker of the House and president Pro Tempore of the Senate, all of the rest are appointed by the (acting) President. This is a major loophole.
