I don't think so. Web based resources that are not susceptible to editing by anyone and that have been around for years state that Kenya became "fully independent in 1963." Some form of government was in place. What they say is that a "Republican government was elected in 1964." The country was most likely using the name "The Republic of Kenya" before the elections under a republican government.

Ok, I like your post so lets get out the tin hats and think about what happens if this is real. At the end of the day if it is ever shown that Obama was born in Kenya he is eventually toast. Biden would become President and I think he would appoint none other than Hillary for Vice President and she would promptly KILL HIM and eat his head.

No need for people to freak out prematurely about fraud. If you were going to make a forgery you would have made the document dates very different.
The document you see is a certified statement that the facts attested to are as recorded in the specified book and page number.
Normally such a document is accepted at face value as a “Birth Certificate”. A similar doucment was accepted as proof of Birth in Indonesia when my wife applied for US Citizenship.
The “Original” is merely a consecutive page in a record book and will NEVER be removed. Normally authentication would consist of verifying that the record exists in the book and on the page specified. Unless, of course, a government thug goes to the archives and takes the page out at the point of a gun or at the back end of an envelope.
If that were to have happened, then there would be a gap in the sequentially numbered pages that would be so suspicious as almost to serve as authentication in and of itself in this case.

Has this actually been verified? I read over a week ago that moonbats were planting false warnings about her site being infected, when it was not. She's also got a debunking message up about this on the site.
I have copies of the documents you cited. However, no person other than Neil Abercrombie places her in Hawaii, no one ever saw them together, there is no record of her presence in Hawaii after graduation on the mainland in 1960.
She may have been enrolled in Hawaii, in anticipation. But there is no evidence of her attendance.
The remainder of the WA records relate to EXTENSION COURSES.

Oh crap. Technically, that document is not a birth certificate. It’s more like a COLB. I wish she’d gotten the document designation correct when she filed this. Could be trouble.

No this is NOT a “copy” of the original. It is an “original” and certified abstract of the original record which remains in a bound record book with consecutively numbered pages.
It is in all respects an “original” Birth Certificate, if authenticated. It is essential that the photographed document be submitted to the court.
That’s my thinking.
Anything that had Great Britain associated with it could very likely have been destroyed very close to the time of independence.
So even if the “Republic of Kenya” was officially established late 64, they had to have SOMETHING on their paperwork that mentions “Kenya” in some form.
The sequence number at the top of the doc is 495. That’s pretty low, an indication that the forms were recently printed.
Worse, any foreign power sufficiently motivated can force the United States into a constitutional crisis at any point in a time and manner of their own choosing.

If this is a forgery I think someone surely would fix the dates to reflect the history of Kenya...
If its a few months into a new government and someone forgot to order the new birth certificate forms makes a lot of sense to me ...

That’s a BIG red flag.
They hack the server, upload THEIR MALICIOUS CODE which then tries to execute on YOUR machine when you visit the site and infect it with who knows what.
I’m getting alarms everywhere, so, for what it’s worth to you.
I am setting up a virtual machine right now to see if it will infect it.
I’ll share what I find, if anything.
