No this is NOT a “copy” of the original. It is an “original” and certified abstract of the original record which remains in a bound record book with consecutively numbered pages.
It is in all respects an “original” Birth Certificate, if authenticated. It is essential that the photographed document be submitted to the court.
The left side of the page looks like it was ripped out of whatever record book it was in.
