Charles Chips are an endangered species now. And X-tra soda is listed as 'extinct' unless it's out further north or west. (I'm in New York, now. Verner's is in Ohio and Florida.)
Mr. Pib has cola now as well as, grape, cherry, orange, and root beer. At least it did in Oklahoma. (Fort Sill/ Lawton area)
Anyone seen Thorn Apple Valley cheese hotdogs? They tasted like Hickory Farms Cheddy Brots when pan brazed. They used to be found in New Jersey.. but I haven't seen them since, and the Hickory Farms store here closed.

Here's one from freeper null and void:
The clinton version would say:
You'll never be as important to the world as you are to your penis...

How about something calming and pastoral?

Gran, are those sheep? Are they yours??
To: Kathleen
No Kathy, they're not ours. Just a house we went by..near Bow Lake. They had lots of sheep in the yard..
How are you doing? I'll bet you're glad you worked at home today... ;)
To: Kathleen
This was part of the "sheeps" yard.
To: grannie9
Bow Lake is beautiful. The sheep have a gorgeous yard to hang out in. Wish I could be there with them. :-)
This situation is working my nerves pretty good, Gran. I didn't think that anything would happen today cause it was raining so hard earlier.
It is my fondest hope that the authorities know more than they are letting on. I would hate to think that they are still clueless after everything that's happened. Everyone in this area is completely shell-shocked.
To: Kathleen
You know it's a long weekend. Why don't you get away? Pack up Bushy Bum and the three of you take off somewhere.. Go see some foliage inland or north. It would do your mind good..;)
If it's raining find a nice motel or hotel with a nice lounge, retaurant and pool and relax..
To: grannie9
How I wish, Gran. We are open for business on Monday, we don't follow the federal holiday schedule. Too much didn't get done today with all the chaos. :-(
To: grannie9
That lake is downright BEAUTIFUL - wow - I see why you return each summer.

oh.. that's a damn shame.. Well, it was a good thought.. Maybe it will be all cleared up by Monday.. Let's hope so..
To: grannie9
Yes, it was a good thought and I do appreciate it. ;-) Sometimes it really sux to be one of the bosses, ya know?
;-)
To: Kathleen
Yes.. I know about that "being the boss stuff." Lived with it for years.. It was twice as good to retire from that.. At least I only worked for them for a few years. You're stuck.. lol
To: grannie9
I can't complain, Gran. It keeps me off the streets. ;-)
To: Kathleen
Good point.. I should have worked more.. Well.. at least I helped start the business.. Then I went home where I wanted to be.. I like home, and the streets... lol lol
To: grannie9
Doesn't every good "s" like home and the streets? Isn't that in the handbook?..lol
Oh no, Chief Moose is on again. This man never says anything that I want to hear. :-(
To: Kathleen
I know.. He just goes on and on.. Sometimes I just have to mute it.
You're right about the handbook.. I'm am getting old and forgetful.. lol
To: grannie9
Moose never says anything...I don't understand why they keep having these press conferences without saying anything...just stop holding the press conferences until they have new information or they're willing to release significant information already. (See I told you my nerves were shot.) ;-)
Gran, don't give me that business about being old and forgetful...I know you're still adding chapters to the handbook, you can't fool me. ;-)
