Once Indians get into hiring positions they predominately hire other Indians. So called diversity means nothing to them.
What bothers me are these constant reports I keep seeing that claim Indians stop hiring Americans, and start hiring just Indians when they are in positions to do so.
If they don't want to be color blind when it comes to race or nationality, we shouldn't be either.

I would be curious to know how many of them are part of the
Brahmin caste in India? Or how many were not part of that caste. Somehow I don’t think any of them came from the Untouchable caste.
If their loyalty isn’t to India, or Hinduism, or Islam, then they are at the very least internationalists through and through, for them business is purely business, and business of the world.
Indians only hire Indians. And using the cast system as much as possible.
They hire and promote their own.
India has a rigid caste system and they are importing that here.
The problem with Indians is they are extremely clickish.
I’m on the board of one company with an excellent CEO of Indian extraction. He keeps trying to fill the company with other Indians from his caste. Literally every hiring suggestion he makes is Indian.
I had a neighbor from India and the way he talked about Indians, you could have signed him up for the KKK. Brutal. He came to America because he absolutely hated Indian business culture. Indians may be clickish in not hiring native Americans, but in India, they are clickish about not hiring from lower castes, which surprisingly still is a thing in India. Its an extremely hierarchical society that apparently is getting imported into the US in the boardroom if you believe the anecdotes. Having said that, I have worked with a number of Indians who were just fine. The smartest person I ever worked with was Indian. He was a 23 year old kid who looked like he was 14 or 15. He was in a room full of men from their late 20s through their 40s. Within a couple days, he knew more about the issues and was running circles around all of them. It was the most impressive business negotiation I ever saw.
When you have 1,000,000,0000+ people, the long right hand tail of the curve is going to have some pretty smart ones.
