The problem with Indians is they are extremely clickish.
I’m on the board of one company with an excellent CEO of Indian extraction. He keeps trying to fill the company with other Indians from his caste. Literally every hiring suggestion he makes is Indian.
With that approach to hiring only his co-religionists, I don’t get the “excellent CEO” label.
At least it beats a Muslim, The Indians tend not to want to kill or enslave us.
China is similar - although to a far lesser degree. The Chinese communists destroyed the worst aspects of their old caste/regional/religious/racial prejudices, favoritism and local social and patronage networks.
In India, that never happened and it's all off the charts. These CEOs want to hire people they know, and who they can CONTROL. Many have a quiet grudge against American whites, and they disrespect American blacks.
They are building their own patronage networks.
