RFK's new initiative is looking to take aim at all the junk:
Rest in peace, food pyramid!
Long live the Trump Triangle of health! And with health advice like this, long life is much more likely.
The new website to promote the Trump dietary guidelines is realfood.gov! And, if you'll notice, it's essentially the inverse of the old food pyramid, pictured here 👇
Wikipedia/USDA Protein, dairy, and fat are now at the top of the graphic.
Here's RFK promoting the real food campaign and attacking the ultra-processed food industry at today's dietary guideline announcement:
The hard truth is that our government has been lying to us to protect corporate profit taking. Telling us that these food-like substances were beneficial to public health.
Federal policy promoted and subsidized highly processed foods and refined carbohydrates and turned a blind eye to the disastrous consequences.
Today the lies stop.
Liberals on Bluesky are not happy:
Expect the liberal boycott of Whole Foods any time now. Dems are about to start eating Doritos Locos Tacos and chugging white Monster energy drinks in protest, I'm sure.
It's 2026 and the government is having to tell Americans that they're supposed to eat real food.
Clown world is an understatement.
But it's hard to argue that this isn't a positive development.
I'll leave you with this:
🤣🤣🤣 I guess we know what RFK is having for dinner tonight! P.S. Now check out our latest video 👇

Organic whole wheat flour is 12-15% protein.
Loaded with essential minerals. And fiber.
“Organic wheat is not different.”
Not sure what you’re referring to. If Einkorn Wheat, I agree. If modern wheat grown without pesticides (or at least claimed to be grown that way), then no different.
Big whoop. Loaded primarily with carbs. But better than processed flour.
I didn’t spot peppers or onions in the picture.
Liking the way Team MAHA advises and makes recommendations instead of trying to force people into doing things.
Spinach, mushrooms, scallions, top with slabs of cheese...
A cool name for a restaurant would be the Food Pyramid.
How does beer fit in?
“...and yet nearly everyone who promoted plandemic lockdowns and jabs are still employed.”

As a nation we seem to be very uncomfortable with the concept of accountability. Nobody wants to penalize anyone. There’s much talk about “good governance” but there’s never any consequences for those who abuse power, profit from corruption or ignore the laws.
I think they fall under vegetables, in general.............
Cute. And Qutar!
“Do a set of squats, followed by cleans, every day, usually around breakfast. Don’t know what that other stuff is.”
Depending on what exercise you call a “clean” and “clean and jerk” (there are several variations — e.g., standing clean, power clean, etc.), you do a deadlift when you pick the bar up and bring it to your waist.
It’s the “hip hinge” part of movement. Easily the most fundamental exercise for longevity, other than walking.
More glute focused than a squat, although both target the quads and have considerable overlap.
If you do squats already, consider putting single leg work into the rotation — a standing lunge (basically a one-legged squat) or, better, a Bulgarian split squat (a lunge/one legged squat with the non-working leg behind you on a bench, box, or even a chair). One leg work does wonders for hip mobility, knee strength, etc.
“Picky, picky, pick-y...”
-Pat Paulsen, also know for running for president. His campaign motto was, “We can’t stand pat!”
“If modern wheat”
US hard red winter wheat is also called “Turkey Red”.
It’s an heirloom variety, not a hybrid. And it’s native to Anatolia and the Russian steppe.
It dominates US wheat production.
And it is a healthy food.
I care more about all the additives in food we buy. Many people have had to cut back on meat because it is so expensive. Much of the fresh produce isn’t all that good either. Chemically treated and under ripe.
Don’t say “grow your own”. It is great to grow your own if you can. I live where growing my own isn’t an option. I used to have a big garden, but life changed for me.
Best to cut back on the amount of food you eat and stay away from sugary things.
“but it’s hard to imagine anything coming of this, too many TRILLIONS at stake”
Nina Teicholz, who knows a thing or two about nutrition, has battled for years to have it changed so I presume this victory will have earth shattering consequences.
Lasagna 😁
The next step is the source of every one of these foods. For example, after a couple of years eating pasture eggs from Sam’s at about $4 a dozen, I recently purchased Aldi eggs at $1.25 per dozen. They have a sickly yellow yolk and just don’t taste right anymore.
A bag is clearly labeled "beans." Do you need to see the physical beans?
To get the public’s attention I suggest a food swastika.
