Not sure what you’re referring to. If Einkorn Wheat, I agree. If modern wheat grown without pesticides (or at least claimed to be grown that way), then no different.

US hard red winter wheat is also called “Turkey Red”.

It’s an heirloom variety, not a hybrid. And it’s native to Anatolia and the Russian steppe.

It dominates US wheat production.

And it is a healthy food.
