Former Gawker editor Elizabeth Spiers unloaded in the Nation what may be the most caustic postmortem on Charlie Kirk found anywhere in media so far — comparing the slain Turning Point founder to Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbles and labeling Kirk “an unrepentant racist, transphobe, homophobe, and misogynist.”
The latter name calling appeared in the lead paragraph alone of the 1000-word essay under the headline: “Charlie Kirk’s Legacy Deserves No Mourning.”
Quoting gracious comments by California Gov. Gavin Newsom about the slain father of two, Spiers wrote, “There is no requirement to take part in this whitewashing campaign, and refusing to join in doesn’t make anyone a bad person.”
She continued, “It’s a choice to write an obituary that begins ‘Joseph Goebbels was a gifted marketer and loving father to six children.’”
Spiers criticized Kirk for his support of the Second Amendment, his criticism of feminism, and his Christian belief in the roles of husband and wife.
She also claimed Kirk said that “black women do not have the brain processing power to be taken seriously.”

I don’t recall Spiers ever taking Charlie Kirk’s open offer to debate him anytime, any place. I wonder why.
Comparing the kind soul who was Charlie Kirk to a man that was literally responsible for untold thousands of murders as well as the murders he personally committed, is beyond vile and reprehensible. And just because she disagrees with what he believes.
I have no idea what Spiers net worth is, but the Kirk family and Turning Point USA should turn it into a big fat zero for the next fifty years.

Lying that he was a transphobe and homophobe.
He did not have irrational fear of them. Almost no person who isnt an endorser of gays and trans are not irrationally fearful of them. Disgust and contempt of them isn’t a phobia. They incorrectly label people on purpose.
Further, if it was a phobia, they hate people for a mental problem they have. Such great people, either way.

I remember Martin Luther King commenting on how to peacefully combat the democRATS and DemoKKKrats.

Pope John Paul II made a distinction between the Culture of Life and the Culture of Death. Spiers gets awards for promoting the Culture of Death. Tattoos will not remove her confusion.
