When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

Report Exposes Kamala Harris For Pushing Illegal Aliens To Become Lawyers In California

Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democratic Party nominee has a track record of pushing for illegal aliens to practice law in California.
According to a report by John Binder for Breitbart News, Harris was a leading advocate for allowing illegal alien invaders to become licensed lawyers in the state of California. It should be noted California is affectively sanctuary state illegal aliens are allowed to reside and move across the state with virtual impunity.
Vice President Kamala Harris, now running for the Democratic nomination for president, was once a top champion for allowing illegal aliens to become licensed attorneys in the sanctuary state of California.
Back In 2014, the California Supreme Court issued a ruling where all members of the court decided to allow illegal alien Sergio Garcia — a Mexican national - to the State Bar thereby granting him the ability to become a licensed attorney in the Golden State.
At that juncture, Harris was California Attorney General and was the leading advocate for lead to attorney. This has created a troubling precedent, where thousands of illegal alien statewide become licensed attorneys.
According to report by the Sacramento Bee:
Despite his efforts, Garcia attracted the attention of California’s top law enforcement officer — then-Attorney General and now-presidential candidate Kamala Harris — in 2012. At the time, Garcia was enduring a yearslong and publicized struggle to become the first licensed undocumented attorney in the nation.
To Garcia’s surprise, Harris came out in support. She went on to submit a written brief backing his legal case and even provided a lawyer from her office to argue for him in front of the state Supreme Court.
Vice president Harris’ endorsement “made the difference” in the case and eventually led to a unanimous California Supreme Court decision in Garcia’s favor, according to Kevin Johnson, dean of UC Davis’ law school and one of the attorneys who represented the State Bar of California for Garcia.
Harris has a long track record for pushing legislation to protect illegal alien invaders from punitive action by federal immigration enforcement.In her capacity as State Attorney General, Harris sent letters to law enforcement agencies across the state, threatening to pursue legal action against them if they cooperated with federal immigration enforcement officials.
The campaign of Kamala Harris represents a validation of the multicultural anti-white political order. A potential Kamala Harris presidency would result in an expansion of mass migration and increased attacks against white Americans.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Wins $1.4 Billion Settlement

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton recently announced that he won a $1.4 billion settlement from Meta, the parent company of Facebook, over privacy-related issues dealing with Facebook acquiring Texan users’ facial and biometric data without their knowledge or getting their consent.
“We have secured a $1.4 billion settlement with Meta to stop the company’s practice of capturing and using the personal biometric data of millions of Texans without the authorization required by law,” Paxton declared in a X/Twitter post that he published on July 30, 2024.
“This settlement is the largest ever obtained from an action brought by a single State and the largest privacy settlement an Attorney General has ever obtained,” Paxton continued. “This serves as a warning to any companies engaged in practices that violate Texans’ privacy rights.”
In his social media post, the attorney general shared a press release expanding on the settlement and the case.
Back in February 2022, Paxton “sued Meta for unlawfully capturing the biometric data of millions of Texans without obtaining their informed consent as required by Texas law,” the press release highlighted.
“Specifically, Meta’s data collection violated Texas’ ‘Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier’ Act (CUBI) and the Deceptive Trade Practices Act,” Paxton remarked.
The press release detailed that for over a decade Meta had been “capturing records of the facial geometry” of users through its new “Tag Suggestions’ feature, which the tech giant rolled out in 2011,” the press release detailed.
Meta asserted Tag Suggestions “would improve the user experience by making it easier for users to ‘tag’ photographs with the names of people in the photo.”
However, the social media giant “automatically turned this feature on for all Texans without explaining how the feature worked,” the statement added.
“Unbeknownst to most Texans, for more than a decade Meta ran facial recognition software on virtually every face contained in the photographs uploaded to Facebook, capturing records of the facial geometry of the people depicted,” Paxton continued in his press release.
“Meta did this despite knowing that CUBI forbids companies from capturing biometric identifiers of Texans, including records of face geometry, unless the business first informs the person and receives their consent to capture the biometric identifier,” Paxton remarked.
Paxton revealed that the $1.4 billion settlement was the largest ever obtained by a single state government against a company.
The state will have the settlement paid out over a time period of five years.
“This historic settlement demonstrates our commitment to standing up to the world’s biggest technology companies and holding them accountable for breaking the law and violating Texans’ privacy rights,” Paxton proclaimed. “Any abuse of Texans’ sensitive data will be met with the full force of the law.”
It’s high time that Big Tech companies like Meta/Facebook get put in their place. For too long, they have behaved like private arms of the managerial state, and have carried out the state’s agenda without impunity.
At some point, prudential state power must be used to check these companies’ influence. Good on Paxton for getting Meta cough up some cash for its nefarious practices.

United States District Judge Peter Sheridan Ruled That New Jersey’s AR-15 Ban is Unconstitutional
Gun Control Inc. is taking losses left and right.
On July 30, 2024, United States District Judge Peter Sheridan ruled that New Jersey’s “assault weapons” ban is unconstitutional. He came to this decision by citing precedents established by two previous Supreme Court cases, Heller (2008) and Bruen (2022).
He wrote in his decision, “The AR-15 Provision of the Assault Firearms Law is unconstitutional under Bruen and Heller as to the Colt AR-15 for use of self-defense within the home.”
According to a report by The New Jersey Monitor, Sheridan cited that Bruen, in particular, “makes any categorical ban on weapons that are commonly used for self-defense unconstitutional.”
However, Sheridan allowed the “high capacity” magazine ban tacked on to New Jersey’s “assault weapons” prohibition to stay in place.
New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin, an anti-gun Democrat, announced that he would appeal Sheridan’s ruling on the AR-15 ban.
New Jersey is arguably America’s most anti-gun state. According to Guns & Ammo magazine’s best states for gun owners rankings, New Jersey is ranked in 50th place. Only New York, has a worse anti-gun track record at 51st place.
This is a state where gun rights are allowed to wither away. Only through nullification in red counties and municipalities, and federal courts striking down gun control measures, can reverse such anti-gun encroachments in the short and medium-term.
That’s the reality of living in a hyper-polarized state where pro-gun forces can’t win at the state level, thereby greatly limiting the ability to pass pro-gun measures for the entire state.
