A former intelligence official turned whistleblower has given Congress and the Intelligence Community Inspector General extensive classified information about deeply covert programs that he says possess retrieved intact and partially intact craft of non-human origin.
The information, he says, has been illegally withheld from Congress, and he filed a complaint alleging that he suffered illegal retaliation for his confidential disclosures, reported here for the first time.
Other intelligence officials, both active and retired, with knowledge of these programs through their work in various agencies, have independently provided similar, corroborating information, both on and off the record.
The whistleblower, David Charles Grusch, 36, a decorated former combat officer in Afghanistan, is a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He served as the reconnaissance office’s representative to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force from 2019-2021. From late 2021 to July 2022, he was the NGA’s co-lead for UAP analysis and its representative to the task force.
The task force was established to investigate what were once called “unidentified flying objects,” or UFOs, and are now officially called “unidentified anomalous phenomena,” or UAP. The task force was led by the Department of the Navy under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. It has since been reorganized and expanded into the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office to include investigations of objects operating underwater.
Grusch said the recoveries of partial fragments through and up to intact vehicles have been made for decades through the present day by the government, its allies, and defense contractors. Analysis has determined that the objects retrieved are “of exotic origin (non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or unknown origin) based on the vehicle morphologies and material science testing and the possession of unique atomic arrangements and radiological signatures,” he said.
In filing his complaint, Grusch is represented by a lawyer who served as the original Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG).
“We are not talking about prosaic origins or identities,” Grusch said, referencing information he provided Congress and the current ICIG. “The material includes intact and partially intact vehicles.”
In accordance with protocols, Grusch provided the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review at the Department of Defense with the information he intended to disclose to us. His on-the-record statements were all “cleared for open publication” on April 4 and 6, 2023, in documents provided to us.
Grusch’s disclosures, and those of non-public witnesses, under new protective provisions of the latest defense appropriations bill, signal a growing determination by some in the government to unravel a colossal enigma with national security implications that has bedeviled the military and tantalized the public going back to World War II and beyond. For many decades, the Air Force carried out a disinformation campaign to discredit reported sightings of unexplained objects. Now, with two public hearings and many classified briefings under its belt, Congress is pressing for answers.
Karl E. Nell, a recently retired Army Colonel and current aerospace executive who was the Army’s liaison for the UAP Task Force from 2021 to 2022 and worked with Grusch there, characterizes Grusch as “beyond reproach.”

I’ve been explaining this for many years as the missing variable is the frequency of consciousness which causes perception of reality to change and time and space to collapse.
Most people live in a “Flat Consciousness Society” and don’t understand this variable. Time is not just a function of the speed of light. It is a function of the frequency of consciousness divided by the speed of light.
When consciousness reaches the speed of light, time no longer exists. (But to reach this frequency all obstacles to Love must be removed from consciousness or the consciousness is too unstable to reach higher frequencies. (Like a washing machine in the spin cycle with a wet blanket inside.))
This instability of higher consciousness is how the religious groups the Quakers and Shakers received their name by the effect of the higher frequency of consciousness when the Holy Spirit moved into them.
This is the secret to understanding the mystics of all religions. Transcended consciousness expands and has no frequency limit as the distance from the physical body decreases the influence of the low frequency physical manifestation of the human body.
Transcendence, or perception directly with consciousness beyond the physical body does not even begin until the action potential firing rate of the neurons exceeds 50 Hz.
Eventually their is a shift in the perception of consciousness where your “self-identity” becomes the consciousness that occupies your physical body.
I had to decrease the amplitude of the EEG waves to reach this frequency of consciousness at the human level of consciousness. This is done by decreasing the differential between masculine and feminine consciousness. (Kind of like closing the gap on an automobile spark plug so you don’t need a coil to step up the voltage.)
When you shift to the next higher level, the higher intrinsic energy in the consciousness makes it easy to reach 200+ Hz. This change in the perception of reality makes human consciousness of other people a material object that is directly observable with your own higher frequency consciousness.
Human consciousness has differing levels of intrinsic energy just as electrons do in the higher orbitals. Thus, Neals Bohr’s discovery that an electron traveling from a higher orbital to a lower orbital gives off a photon or light also applies to levels of consciousness. Thus, the statement in many religions that “God is Light.”
The other intrinsic energy at higher levels of consciousness is Love, as this stabilizes the two aspects of consciousness by binding them together. Thus “God is Love.”
This is why I define “God” as any level of consciousness that exists above the level I am currently experiencing.

That isn’t true; the universe is constantly expanding but isn’t endless. Time/space does not exist outside of it and in fact has no meaning outside of it. It is not empty space; there isn’t space.
In fact, the phrase “outside of it” is meaningless. And there is not an infinite number of stars.

I can't find the exact podcast where Coulthart made that comment (I looked), so take it for what it's worth.
This whistleblower testimony has been cleared by DOPSR. Here's a statement from the "Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review" website:

This includes official government and defense industry work products, as well as materials submitted by cleared or formerly cleared individuals pursuant to their voluntary non-disclosure agreement obligations.DOPSR also coordinates official work products with Defense enterprise stakeholders to ensure that information being released is both accurate and represents the Department’s official position.
As far as I know, there has been no official public statement by DOPSR as to its review and all we have as yet is Ross Coulthart's comment re: this matter.

Good question, but the g/m has observational capabilities very few individuals have to enable them to observe such things. But even so there are still countless civilian reports of such observations around the world every year. But actually “finding” physical evidence on the ground is rarely or never reported by the public, which is why your question is a good one!
