It just seems like a video glitch to me. Blaming it on the Very Large Array (VLA) west of Socorro is baseless. As Dutch says, the VLA is for receiving (from outer space), not broadcasting, so there's no reason to believe that the VLA is responsible.
Whether HAARP is real, I don't know, but I don't believe that the VLA is part of HAARP.

Later on, in the video Dutch mentioned that the nationwide radar glitch had to be a microwave disturbance of some kind because it was not happening to the real weather. He noted that it was not happening in Europe and only in United States and Canada. Even so, he doesn’t know what it is and will keep his eye on it. And even though he said that the glitch is not the real weather, he noted that some storm systems seemed to have weird wave patterns and some weather systems were disintegrated unusually quickly. The PTB may be manipulating the weather, but I know hardly anything about HAARP and nothing about possible space based systems.
I have no clue how this Twitter deal will work out in that regard, unless he somehow converts into a media empire, going head to head with FOXCorp and the rest, or if that is even possible.

On another forum quite a few years ago, a regular member who was known in RL to other members, was some very tech/electric/other guy, highly qualified. Had worked on HAARP. He said all the heavy stuff that HAARP supposedly could do was myth. I can’t remember details, but whatever effects it can have were purely local and for defense purporse.
This man was not a LARPER.
Help us out a little here. How old you willing to go? My seven GMC trucks are spread out from early 60’s to late 90’s. Up thru the late 70’s you’re good for being simple and no problem for parts, even sheet metal. By the late 80’s you’re dealing with in-tank fuel pumps , relays, more power stuff but still manageable. In the 90’s ignition got cheapaxx, electrics got temperamental and they only work as long as they work.
For my own part, I have torches, chizels, air guns and everything else needed to rip the krap out of anything that peesmeoff. A handy thing about all the GMC years is that frame patterns/ holes/spacing, etc. are all really standard so mixing and matching engines, trannies, axles, etc can be pretty straight forward. The minor limitation I run into is trying to put big block stuff into half-ton frames-—good place to have a slide rule handy so you don’t wad yourself up by overpowering something.
Hadn’t really thot about the steps on the food chain but I’m pretty sure my 30-30 is going to keep me close to the top? Just takes one shot to fill up a freezer. I still have a few rounds left in a box of Silvertips I bought about 1960——save the good stuff for really important occasions?
