Well, as a whitey, I would NOT get on that space flight with this guy. Based on that poem, he’s just looking for an opportunity to cap a couple of whiteys.
A friend who is aware of my occasional sleepless nights (thank you Black hats) gave me a bottle of CDB oil and said 4 drops under the tongue will let me sleep through the night like a baby. It’s been almost a year and I haven’t broken the glue seal on the box yet. I don’t know if it’s a more natural product or safer than non-prescription sleep aids, such as ZZZ-Quil.

Sounds as though you should try it. It is not intoxicating, it is safe as long as manufactured correctly which it probably is. It helps a lot of people. A friend tried it a few times for pain and with sleeping and didn’t help her, but many notice a difference. I also tried, nada. Results vary per person. Sleep slide...
Sheesh... I take 10 mg at night plus a bunch of other supplements and still DON’T SLEEP. Maybe I should get off the Melatonin. I’m super frustrated. And my neck STILL hurts. It was better yesterday, today can’t turn my neck. Ugh. I’ve been falling asleep around 4 or 5 am.
Thank you for reminding me about melatonin. I was taking 10 mg before bed and my dreams were so vivid that I sometimes thought I was awake and thinking, rather than dreaming. The only reason I decided I was dreaming is that I felt rested in the morning. My supply ran out and I didn’t buy any more but that might be another option if I can tolerate the wild dreams.
