A friend who is aware of my occasional sleepless nights (thank you Black hats) gave me a bottle of CDB oil and said 4 drops under the tongue will let me sleep through the night like a baby. It’s been almost a year and I haven’t broken the glue seal on the box yet. I don’t know if it’s a more natural product or safer than non-prescription sleep aids, such as ZZZ-Quil.
Sounds as though you should try it. It is not intoxicating, it is safe as long as manufactured correctly which it probably is. It helps a lot of people.
