Thank you for reminding me about melatonin. I was taking 10 mg before bed and my dreams were so vivid that I sometimes thought I was awake and thinking, rather than dreaming. The only reason I decided I was dreaming is that I felt rested in the morning. My supply ran out and I didn’t buy any more but that might be another option if I can tolerate the wild dreams.
I tried 5 and 10mg years ago and did not like it, made me feel buzzed. Tried the 1mg gummies and worked like a charm.
Tried CBD candies too, for sleep, and they made my eyes burn.
