I don’t eat much salt. I’m supposed take magnesium twice a day but I’m lucky to remember to take it once. That might help too.
My PCP is an Internal Medicine doctor. I have an appointment next week and it might be my last if I can get my thyroid checked and a prescription at CVS MinuteClinic. I’m sick of her trying to force me to take the vax.
You’re in worse shape than I am. The first foot doctor I went to right after I fell said, “you’re going to wish you broke this ankle before these tendons heal.” He put me in a boot. Weeks later it was still swollen. He said all he could do was put shots in it. Nope! The second foot doctor said the same. I went to a PT on my own and he helped but after a while, he sent me to the specialist in Knoxville. Two more MRI’s and x-rays. She gave me a brace. It’s one of those ankle corsets that takes forever to put on. She said to wear it and a high-top work boot when walking outside and just the brace when it bothers me inside. A brace inside a leather boot when it’s 110 outside sucks. I want it fixed but nobody is willing to fix it.
LOL, a doctor with a sense of humor. That’s rare now.
My 48-year-old daughter will need knee replacement surgery in six months. She lets them put shots in her joints and that’s what eventually happens. My PT told me NOT to allow any doctor to inject my joints or tendons.
If that’s the case, I’ll look for a PAC. Because the party gets not a penny from me.

Looks like Wisconsin had Dominion machines everywhere yesterday with some machines not even working. Probably contributed to our big loss there. Along with act blue giving millions of dark money to the commie candidate.

Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar — who was also among the slew of Democrats eager to become the party's 2020 nominee — also joined in on the “conspiracy.”
“You could easily hack into [voting machines]. It makes it seem like all these states are doing different things, but, in fact, three companies are controlling [elections].”
The real kicker is then-Sen. Kamala Harris’ repeated appearances throughout the video.
It's incredibly ironic considering the contention surrounding her assumed role as “second in command.”

“I actually held a demonstration for my colleagues here at the Capitol where we brought in folks who — before our eyes — hacked election machines, those that are being used in many states,” she added in a separate piece.
It's a vastly different angle from the one we're accustomed to now, isn't it?
I'll admit that perhaps we should have listened to the possibility of hacked machines after the 2016 election.
After all, Republicans had nothing to hide back then — just as the left should have nothing to hide now.

You think Session was a waste of O2 but had he done what we all hoped at the time, people were not ready to see the truth. People who even hate Trump understood now that we have a two-tier justice system. More all the time see the mess financially, safety related and morally the disaster the Democrats are. Back when Sessions was in office it just wasn’t seen by so many.
When the President of El Salvador chastises America for loss of diplomatic standing, Democrats are a joke in the world. That wouldn’t have been the case a few years ago. People have to be shown and the morally depraved Democrats are showing them.
I am amazed that Trump has been so willing to suffer such indignities for us. God bless Trump and his family and those Patriots who work with him.

There may be rules in the courthouse concerning the lapel pins. When I was watching a trial once I saw that people had to tuck their cross necklaces inside their shirt when entering the courthouse. This was in Bama, but NY may have similar rules.

REPORTER (shoulda asked): “Yes but...what law \is\ that, that does not require it?”
Pickle juice will probably work for replacing the salts, but you aren’t replacing sugars. That can lead to the “dehydration” headache.
