Or just save the pickle juice in the pickle jar.
1/4 cup in a glass of water before bed.
I use 1/2 cup in in 1/2 liter of water for my work out.
YMMV, if you \don’t\ like pickles.
Pickle juice will probably work for replacing the salts, but you aren’t replacing sugars. That can lead to the “dehydration” headache.
