There will be oodles of E.V.s stuck. Batteries should not be charged in freezing temps.

I guess ours isn’t impressive, but it’s 16F just Northeast of DC (we rarely get this cold...and I miss radiators. Forced-air just doesn’t cut it.)

Five degrees here in north eastern Michigan and oldest son is complaining that we made him clear the drive since the snow just blew back over.
Poor child had to spend all of ten whole minutes driving the tractor.

Only got to -5 here. It was much colder two years ago (-14) in KS. That was when TX froze.

Been in the teens in Seattle, freezing rain last night & today but trying to get above freezing right now. We have an ice crust on top of snow. Just lovely. NOT.
It’s an ice rink outside.

We’re at - 6 but the wind is so bad the chill is -40 up here.....an it’s snowing again.
By 10;00 it will be - 7 and -43 wind chill......
Before night is over and into tomorrow wind chill down to -45....and that’s Tundra Cold!
In the undra once it reaches -45 nobody goes outside.
