“First evidence” as in title should be “possible” evidence. I don’t think there is a known non respiratory dinosaur skeleton we can compare Dolly with. Detailed contemporaneous autopsy reports on dead dinosaurs are very rare, if not impossible.

I'm no expert myself but weren't dinosaurs cold blooded?

Some evidence I read about somewhere seemed to indicate that they were warm blooded, not reptiles at all. But another search revealed the theory that they were cooler than warm but warmer than cool!
