Man’s skin ‘peeled off’ in rare reaction to Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine

A Virginia man suffered a rare reaction to a COVID-19 vaccine that caused a painful rash to spread across his entire body and skin to peel off, doctors said.

Richard Terrell, 74, of Goochland began suffering strange symptoms four days after receiving the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine, news station WRIC reported.

“I began to feel a little discomfort in my armpit and then a few days later I began to get an itchy rash, and then after that I began to swell and my skin turned red,” Terrell told the outlet.

He developed Stevens-Johnson Syndrome which is itself rare and is, rarely, associated with other vaccines as well. I saw it once with a young child who developed it after an antibiotic back in 2004.

I’ve understood the J&J to be a traditional type of vaccine; not the m-RNA type (?)

I wonder how soon the class action suits are gonna start, along with the ads, "If you were injured or had a loved one die due to the Covid vaccine, you may be entitled to compensation."

That will probably not happen. Instead, "You participated in an experimental vaccine, so no compensation for you!"

I administered about 40 doses of Moderna to people tonight actually. We’re doing the younger folks now. The older folks were much less anxious. they have been through small pox, and polio and now this. The youngsters are less experienced and read too much BS on the internets and they were a little bit anxious about it all. I had dose 2 on January 2nd. I’m still fine.

I know it too. Told my family that in about ten years, lawyers will fill the airwaves with ads. 1-800-novaccine.
