Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Nor is it anywhere close to the only inflating factor. The CDC has explicitly instructed physicians to cite COVID-19 on death certificates even without a confirming test so long as they’ve “assumed” it was a contributing factor. The assumption can be for any reason they like, and that includes no reason at all. Hospitals have also been given enormous financial incentives to diagnose patients with COVID-19.

I read something a couple of days ago re: a son discussing the death of his elderly mother. She had fallen and struck her head on a door jamb, was taken to the hospital and died alone from her injuries. The death certificate cited Covid 19 as the cause of death.
Someone pointed out later that if a person dies of injuries suffered in an accident, this can affect life insurance proceeds, as some policies carry extra coverage for death caused by accidents.
I would think that a lot of families are going to begin to sue over this.

Pennsylvania has had to remove hundreds of coronavirus deaths from its official death count this week, following questions of accuracy and highlighted discrepancies by area coroners.
The PA health department decided to include “probable” coronavirus deaths, or an assumed COVID-19-related death without testing for the virus, to their death tolls, dating back days and even weeks ago. But the death toll spike raised questions from coroners who came forward to highlight a discrepancy in death totals, which were not adding up to the number of all-cause deaths.
Plus, he’s saying Nobel/Noble, rather than Pulitzer which is what one would assume he meant. Maybe he’s sending a message about Hussein, who got a Nobel Peace Prize then subsequently went on to unleash ISIS on the Middle East.
Joe Biden has most of corporate Hollywood and a increasing slate of superstars supporting his bid for the White Household. But there is a lone Hollywood figure who is producing a significant commotion by contacting foul on his marketing campaign — Rose McGowan.
The actress has now added her voice to the #DropOutBiden groundswell, demanding this weekend in an excoriating community statement that the applicant stop the race. “Fellow citizens, use your electric power, use your social media voice,” McGowan tweeted late Saturday. “Tweet at Joe Biden to close his marketing campaign efficient right away.”
