Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

I would not be surprised if it involved espionage of agricultural technologies by the chinese, or sabotage by hostile groups, fire setting, disrupting communications and railways and that sort of thing. I did find it odd that they separated the Ds and Rs.... Humm Why would they do that???

Definitely reference to Mafia/Murder. The Book entitled I HEARD YOU PAINT HOUSES—about the life of the guy who killed Jimmy Hoffa and others—made into a Movie-the Irishman.
It is a little more involved than that, especially when you have one already. Temp ones available but pricey. More than the bus drive.
Honestly not sure what to think of all that other than the theories on this thread. There has been some good speculation on what might be going on. A threat to agriculture may be the cabal doesn't like the new trade deals, perhaps. TBD

The briefing was done behind closed doors at the request of the Attorney General. (KS? US? does not say.)
KS. Lawmakers were warned that if they go on trips overseas that are paid for by foreign governments that they might be approached by individuals who might be engaging in espionage or theft of technological intellectual property. They also discussed cyber security and how to protect things like voter rolls and other other confidential information.
Scott Schwab, KS Secretary of State discussed IT security that they will be implementing and how to educate County Clerks to protect the cyber security in the voting process.
They will be putting proprietary systems in place to protect the polling place from things like viruses, etc.
(In my KS polling place you have a touch screen, but it also produces a paper read out of your vote. You verify it and deposit it directly into a box attached to the machine in case they need to go back and manual tabulate the votes.)
