One of the sci fi books I read pointed out that the first gummint to contact aliens and get access to their technology would enjoy an immediate advantage over every other nation. I cannot imagine that there are not at least two gummint agents in every gummint on earth assigned to just this mission. Sure, it is “out there” but can you afford to take the chance? Of course, these people would have to be very carefully selected, have the highest access to everything, and absolute, ironclad “keep your mouth shut” understanding of what they were doing. When considered rationally “Men in Black” becomes far less irrational.

If Rusha or Chiner could master the technology of alien civilizations, we would beyond faqed. It wouldn’t be about Russia or China, it would be about alien invasion.

There are a number of authors who specialize in this line of thought, Joseph P. Farrell comes to mind. He seems to believe that we have access to knowledge of Physics which far exceeds what the public is aware of.
I think he also supports the idea that a hidden political elite have been running the world for centuries and totally manipulating the global economy. But I’m sure that’s just crazy talk.

Good summary of Farrell—I just wish the guy wrote more clearly—some of his stuff is very difficult reading.

The TECHNOLOGY needed to get here is so staggering and yet we think such an advanced civilization would give a #### about us. That’s the movies folks.
Read up on HOW DIFFICULT if not impossible it is for us to get to them. Why is vice versa so believable then?

Joseph P. Farrell is very interesting, but a tough read sometimes.
I’ve been wondering about who controls the global economy for years, but after wading through Farrell’s many books on the subject I’m pretty sure he has the best overall take on it.
His idea on the Nazi science elite’s post WWII survival and global organization is very possible. He believes that the flying saucers and so forth are products of surviving SS and other Nazis based in Argentina.
He points out that Werner von Braun was a major in the Nazi SS, and that his boss, General Dornberger (who later became a VP at one of our major military-industrial corporations), were Nazi infiltrators who worked closely with the Nazi science establishment in exile.
He also has some interesting things to say about the Nazi pre-WWII expedition to Anartica.
Farrell has written a lot, and I’ve read most of it.
He has a website. Can’t remember its name, but Google it and listen to some of his interviews.
I don’t think the “aliens” would be that stupid.
Since 1861 when the New York power block took control of Washington DC to prevent the South from direct Trade with Europe. We've been living under this oligarchy ever since.
I think Farrell would say that what you cite is a part of a longer continuum. He traces economic control back to Babylon, to Byzantium, to Venice, to London, to New York (if I remember it all correctly).
Farrell sees some real continuity to all of this. An ideology about gold and religion and physics which has shaped our world for thousands of years and which is behind virtually all political/military endeavors. There is an elite which does not want to share power.
Some of the big events (1861) are more noticeable. Farrell tries to connect a lot of dots and make the case that it’s all a lot bigger than it appears.
