Guess who's hosting this edition of the singles thread!?! Scary, ain't it folks.

Anyhow, in the process of cleaning out boxes, it came to me....the questions that we all ask ourselves as we uncover chunks of our long lost past.....

What WAS I thinking!?!

So, my questions to all of you are:

What hobby or interest did you have when you were younger that you still have a passion for?

Ok, now....is there something you used to do that you now think "I can't believe I used to like that!"

Same with music---
What was your favorite band/song in highschool, then early adulthood compared to now? (Those still in early adulthood have only 2 questions to answer. Or maybe just one ;))

Is there anything in your interests, hobbies or life that would surprise people who know you? (Nothing weird, just.....) And if it invovles being on wanted posters, you can skip the question :)

That's great! I don't really have a cumulative GPA anymore cuz I transferred. But so far, this semester looks like it'll be another good GPA.

No, it is just not good to allow yourself to see money and career above all else. (see my first post tonight, about the movie "baby boom"). And yes-- the more "stuff" you collect, the more room you need to house it. I have 2 storage garages full of electronic stuff, and stashes of it elsewhere, and I keep getting more!! (of course most all of it is free or cheap, and I often sell some things, trade ,or use them to fix other things, and make money that way.)

If a S.O. does ever enter my life, I may have to trim down on my collecting and and collections. But till then.......

Right now, I just have my career. So that's what I'm focusing on. I don't have any room in my *tiny* apartment to collect anything.

Ohhh... Apartments.. I HATED mine!!! I got the house (with Sis and Mom) back about 10 years ago, after nearly 6 years of apt. life. I do not EVER want to live in an apt. again!!

Even then though, I still had a lot of "stuff". And a stereo that the neighbors hated (but they didn't mind waking me at 3:am with their arguments and stomping on the floor(which was my ceiling).

Couple that with VERY poor maintenance, high rent costs, termites,poor security, heat so high I had to have the AIR on in the WINTER, getting my van towed away for a flat tire, which someone CUT, drug deals in the parking lot at 2am, and so on........ I HATED IT!!!

DO you have controllable ehat (mine had hot water heat and there was NO thermostat).

Is the maintenence good(mne wasn't)

Is the place safe?( When I got there in '91. it was not bad, over the next few years, it went downhill. )

Are your neighbors nice poeople, do they disturb you, do you know them?? (I never did).

Yep. I have a furnace in my apartment.

I don't talk to my neighbors, but at least they are quiet and leave me alone.
