Yes, she wasn't hurt. Hopefully some good comes from this. Thanks, folks.

Give her a hug from a fellow Flapjack Beret. That'll make her feel better!

Okay....
Is that a Good "Whew!" or a Bad "Whew!"???
The first two lines of the poem just popped into my head. I ran with it.
Jack.

Hi there! Good to see you around here.
I'm doing fine, thanks for asking.

NiNaBah recommended that I come here today, so here I came! He "summoned" me, as it were!
I suspect I'll be back. This loooks like a good place to be!

Good evening, Victoria. Lori sent me today's Welcome Graphic last week. That church is so breathtakingly beautiful that I was anxious to use the graphic today.
My day has been strange. I was having satellite trouble earlier so I did some much needed work in the yard.
Later, Marissa was playing so I took a short nap. Hopefully that nap will make it easier for me to stay around for awhile tonight. :)
Hope you had a lovely Sunday.

Your TulipTree poem is really cute.
I liked how you included both of today's celebration subjects. Thank you.
Hope you've had a good day and a wonderful weekend.

Good evening, Meekie. Sounds like your weather was about like ours today. It was pretty warm when I was out pulling some weeds today.
I'm so sorry to hear about Ming's loss. I'm so happy to hear that she was not injured. Give her a hug from us. I hope they catch the dirty thieves.

"Is that a Good "Whew!" ?" It's the sound one makes after an extended period of holding one's breath. Good poetry -- just a dangerous subject!
"The first two lines of the poem just popped into my head."
That's the way I do it, too. Usually, I only need a very short phrase. I have often been set off by a particularly effective phrase posted by a fellow FReeper.
