"I just checked the library's online catalog...I don't see it there."
Back at post 30, if you click on the book, it opens a window to the publisher's information, and pricing.
You can find it on Amazon.com also. Here is the ISBN number, 1418440892 or 1418440906 for hardback.
Amazon charges a couple of bucks extra. Cheaper to order directly from the publisher, and it takes about ten days.
It is currently available only as paperback or hardback. When I release the sequel, I think I will make that available also as an e-book.

I'm down to 173 lbs. now. Just 5 lbs. more to go. :^DThat's great, Meekie!
BTW...after you have your morning coffee I see you get busy scanning your new svelt look to others.
My, my, a low carb diet works wonders. LOL

LOLOLOLOL!!! I love that GIF! I'm stealin' it! Thanks. ;^D I feel better with my lower weight now, too. When I was up to 201 and in the 190's, I felt awful. After my workouts, I struggled to get my t-shirt off in the locker room at Bally's, my extra size so restricted my movement.
The lower carbs and 2 miles jogging 5 times a week did the trick the last 3 months.
And everybody get out there to vote if you haven't already!!
Rush Limbaugh: "We meet at dawn tomorrow"
get out and vote for Bush!!

Just a little humor, folks.
On his show, Rush is always saying Hi! Hire you?
(Hi! How are you? A little Southern humor, haha!) .....

Did you put the weight on this past year? Your photo never showed you looking 'large'.
The lower carbs and 2 miles jogging 5 times a week did the trick the last 3 months.
You've worked hard, Meek, and it's paid off, I'm happy for you.
Uh...when can the girls expect a pic of you in your Speedo? : )
I like the Rush graphic. : )

Nice looking cake there, Tulip. Did you make it yourself? Mind if I use my digits to eat it?

I don't mind. I'm not picky. Plus, I haven't had any special classes on how to properly eat a meal, so I'm not good at knowing when to use which fork. LOL!

LOL! Where can we get one? Found it at this online store Victory Store

I like your wave your cake flag. I never thought of that -- blueberries and strawberries. Nice design! Unique too. 3x6+3x9=50 versus 6x5+5x4=50. I wonder if it affects the taste. LOL!
