Amazon charges a couple of bucks extra. Cheaper to order directly from the publisher, and it takes about ten days.

It is currently available only as paperback or hardback. When I release the sequel, I think I will make that available also as an e-book.

I feel better with my lower weight now, too. When I was up to 201 and in the 190's, I felt awful. After my workouts, I struggled to get my t-shirt off in the locker room at Bally's, my extra size so restricted my movement.

The lower carbs and 2 miles jogging 5 times a week did the trick the last 3 months.
