ATLANTA — Judge Timothy Batten in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has dismissed the lawsuit. A similar suit in Michigan was also dismissed this morning. Powell will appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, which dismissed a similar suit brought by attorney Lin Wood this weekend.
I have been repeatedly told I was jealous of Powell because I said her lawsuits would get thrown out on standing
and Voila...that is exactly what happened.
She is playing an important role in exposing facts and information but she had no chance in a successful suit.
I listened to part of this, this morning.
Batten was looking for any excuse to dismiss it. Putting up objection after objection.
He asked Powell to comment on a hypothetical - that if he were to grant her request, would it make it possible for Trump to win the election.
This was a ridiculous question to ask a lawyer addressing issues in a single state, and Powell should have answered that that question was not germane to the question at hand (Georgia Fraud).
Do you have an opinion as to the change in date from Dec 9 to Dec 8 from Alito on the PA case?
Fine, primary them when the opportunity comes - but FFS, don’t screw around with this run-off! The consequences of losing are beyond disastrous for this republic.
What the hell shall we do if the two Republican senators lose by but a few votes, only because just a few too many Republicans or Independents let their anger get in the way of reason, and sat out the election?
I understand the principle people are wont to argue here, but this is not the time or the occasion to “play chicken” with your vote! Why is that concept so effing difficult for you people to understand?
If Wood supported Comrade Obama for president both in 2008 and 2012, he cannot possibly be a genuine patriot. Who knows, maybe he was given that alleged $375k by one or more of Trump's very wealthy enemies in order that he 'pass' as a bonafide Trump supporter.

I was a programmer for over 40 years (operating systems and applications).
He actually worked on behalf of Herman Cain in 2012, and defended him as an attorney, so your assumption that he was on Obama’s side is pretty ridiculous.
He IS and independent but he did vote for Nixon, Ford, Bushes, Reagan and Trump twice. If he voted for third party when McCain and Romney are running, maybe he realized they were no different than dems.
If the 9th District ruled in favor of the Plaintiffs, the Defendants would appeal that ruling to the next Court (Level), Federal Appeals Court.
If the 9th District ruled ( as it did) against the Plaintiffs, the Plaintiffs will appeal to the next Court......the Appeals Court.
No matter how this case went, it was going to get Appealed.
So the faster it moves through lower court judges, the better.
The goal, really at this point is the USSC.......
I listened to the live stream as well. The Judge jumped to his decision as soon as Powell stopped speaking. He spoke without pause for the entire delivery...wasn’t any ad hoc delivery, it was fully prepared in advance before the session opened.

I personally dont think he is a Democrat plant trying to kill off the GOP Senate.

This is quite funny actually. I recalled the facts regarding the GOP Senate openly supporting progressive Democrats and resulting failure to repeal Obamacare. Then got name calling in return. I believe He does. And the reason is, God is a forgiving God, and He knows that soul will be used in the battle for eternity.

Maybe you are. This would explain why you can't correlate Trump donating to Hillary, and are working here now against Trump's few legal eagles with your posts.
There is something mathematically wrong when judges claim that decertifying would be “disenfranchising the 2.5M voters who voted for Biden...”
If there was ANY voter fraud that tipped the scales for Biden, the judge is DISENFRANCHISING the several million voters who voted FOR Trump if he ignores the fraud!!
For example, suppose:
1. There were 2,500,000 “votes” for Biden
2. There were 2,499,999 votes for Trump.
3. Biden is declared the winner by the DemMedia
4. Later, it was proven that TWO (2) “dead” people voted for Biden, so they are properly tossed out.
Now, with a corrected election tally, Trump wins:
1. 2,499,999 votes for Trump.
2. 2,499,998 votes for Biden.
The point is that even if only a FEW fraudulent votes are found, those few votes have the effect of disenfranchising MILLIONS of legal voters.
The judge is looking at this backwards: He is incorrectly discriminating on behalf of the 2.5 million votes by choosing to not rectify the fraudulent votes within.
I served America, I took the oath. Enough said.

That’s a subjective opinion.
The effort is 2 pronged and distributed across 3 teams: Lin Wood, Sydney Powell and Rudy Giuliani.
Gen Flynn is working across all three.
Prong 1: Prove ballot shenanigans such as multiple scans, unverified ballots, unsolicited (forged) ballots, multiple votes by one person (group). These are the physical evidence of fraud. It will prove that votes cannot be correlated by physical (paper) means.
Prong 2: Prove that the machine themselves were compromised by the provider. At the request of the Democrat party operatives. This is the digital evidence. It will prove that votes were created according to a coded algorithm and not supported by prong 1.
These will be blended at the right time in the right venue.
The Kraken.
It will prove that the Democratic party conspired across State lines to defraud the American people to their benefit.
Flynn will tie in the Chinese collusion.
Such is the state of my opinion.
