If Wood supported Comrade Obama for president both in 2008 and 2012, he cannot possibly be a genuine patriot. Who knows, maybe he was given that alleged $375k by one or more of Trump's very wealthy enemies in order that he 'pass' as a bonafide Trump supporter.
He actually worked on behalf of Herman Cain in 2012, and defended him as an attorney, so your assumption that he was on Obama’s side is pretty ridiculous.
He IS and independent but he did vote for Nixon, Ford, Bushes, Reagan and Trump twice. If he voted for third party when McCain and Romney are running, maybe he realized they were no different than dems.
