Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Much of what we are doing is arguing by Logical inference...and supposition....since the documents supplie by the Obama Website ...so far ...seem questionable....

A few years back I sent for a certified copy of my BC in order to draw social security. I pulled it back out the other day to take a good look at it. It has the same green basket weave paper as Baracks, but the ORIGINAL information was put on what looked like a ledger stock. This was then laid in a copy machine (as near as I can tell) and was then copied onto that green basquet weave paper. I know it was the orginal because it was all filled out in my mothers hand writing. All except my name which was later typed in. I was born at home and evidently they weren't sure what to name me at the time she filled it out. It has all kinds of information on it. What was their occupation was, how many births she had, how many still living, what kind of medicine was put in my eyes by the doctor, and what color was I? That box was maked with a W in my mothers writing. Then it had the embossed state seal, with a signature and the date this certified copy was done.
I believe the law you refer to applies only to persons born outside the USA.
simple question-
When someone decides to run for president, to whom does this person have to present his/her official documents which prove his/her citizenship?
Could it be that Obama has never had to produce his birth certificate to anyone at any time throughout his life? Why is it so damned difficult NOW for his campaign to produce a REAL birth certificate to someone “official” to verify and put all this nonsense to rest...........if it is indeed nonsense.
It will be damned hilarious if he really is NOT a legally born citizen of the U.S. Aren’t you automatically a U.S. citizen if you are born to a mother who is a U.S. citizen?
Dunno. Whenever I start a job I need to present proof that I meet the legal requirements to work in the US to the HR department.
The president should need to present the same proof as the rest of us, doncha think?

That is correct and the reason I linked to it is because this whole thread is based on the supposition that Barack was born outside the U.S. We come to that supposition because the Webb sites Barack is associated with have done nothing but provide a FAKE birth certificate. We want to know WHY!

NO! Not if you were born outside of the U.S. and we are making the supposition that maybe Barack was born outside as the Webb sites he is affiliated with provided a FAKE birth certificate. In order to qualify the parent citizen has to have met certain qualification that were in effect at the time you were born. Baracks mother did not meet those.
Read through the thread you will come across the law. And it is NOT the one that came into effect in 1986. It is the law that was in effect between 1952 to 1986. And since Barack was born in 1961 that is the one that fits.
As Al Gore would say....there seems to be no Controlling Legal Authority....other than the Voters....

"This is no longer possible. In the past, the husband's passport took care of the wife and family, but not any more. Even an infant is required to have a passport, this prevents one spouse from leaving the country without the knowledge of the other spouse, a more common occurance then one would like to admit.
If you look at the two pictures again the one where Barack Sr. and Ann are together it is the White Sign with Black lettering that was thought to say Phillipines. That appears to me to be a lighted scroll sign. In the picture of Obama Sr. and Obama Junior the Blue San Francisco sign is above what I think is the lighted scroll sign. So I am beginning to think it is the same airport in both pictures and evidently when Obama was around 10-12.
It will be interesting to see how this all plays out, but I think we all know. The Democrats get away with anything.
As to the passport point, I know that is the law now. But I also know it was not the law in earlier periods and I am fairly certain that the old rule permitting a wife to travel on her husband's certificate was still in effect as late as 1972.
It looks like the same identical airport setting on the same day to me. Too much of the man in the background is identical; the tie is identical; the suit on Obama Sr. is identical; same glasses.
And follows on with the issue of whether the boy is really Obama or not--difficult to imagine Obama Sr. bringing the half brother to Hawaii in that time period. But over the next ten years, Ann filled out--the Ann wedding dress picture looks like the 1960 setting; her face got a lot fatter in 1972.
Also, although the boy looks very much like Obama, careful study of the face raises questions--the cheekbones are off; the mouth is flatter and wider; the face is fatter.
Obama has traveled outside of the US on a US Passport. The State Department has already checked and verified his citizenship in order to present him with a passport, which is an official proof of citizenship. If there is some sort of evil conspiracy, it involves the State Department, not just some bloggers or Obama webmaster.
