Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

You know, that’s kind of what I was thinking.
Why print a ton of forms that say “Dominion of Kenya” knowing it’s just a matter months before all your forms will have to be reprinted as “Republic of Kenya”.
I was thinking about that today, because we've done a sort of general review on this thread of all the strange stories about "The One" and his birth and weird family dynamics. I can't imagine how anybody so flat-out abnormal, with such a flat-out bizarre background, ever got elected to anything.
The research has been done.....No way they ever lived there....

Forget anything but birth records. This needs to be compared to other birth records issued in Mombasa in early 1964. If they refer to the “Republic of Kenya” the case is closed. I don’t care about all this hypothetical speculation and when this and that. It’s all pointless. Verification of this matter can be accomplished in only one way - recourse to the source.

This is interesting (from the same link. Note the dates:

Does anyone question the absolutely perfect english/grammar of the document? Does the Kenyan language of 1964 parallel our language THAT exact?
Thats my thought as well....but was’nt his sister born in that hospital? I may be wrong.
And who says Africa isn't a world leader in some things?

I think Neville78 posted it. I was going to repost it in a more easily viewed size and then pretty much blast it for being a fraud. It was the first time I had seen it. It is a fraud. The watermarked security imprints once blown up and translated from the Dutch or Afrikaans said as much.
Taitz, in her filing, makes no representation about the document, other than titling it as “unauthenticated”. She specifies that she has no opinion as to whether it is genuine or not, but that it must be investigated, and that immediately.
My opinion, which I posted on one of these threads earlier this morning, is that it needs to be debunked or validated sooner rather than later.
Not exactly. It was in the process for months but it wasn't unil Dec. '64 that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed.
