A man attacked a Providence Park security guard last week, punching and kicking him and then throwing him to the ground, court documents allege. Randy Allen Jasper, 41, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. On May 7, security guard Joel Gallardo-Gonzalez was checking on Jasper, who was lying on the ground outside the downtown Portland soccer stadium, to see if the man needed medical attention, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court.

Marck.Regional event calendar Santos Guerrero admitted to shooting the eagle at his residence on October 11, 2024.
