HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Harris County Clerk Teneshia Hudspeth announced Monday that early voting numbers across the county could be off due to a formatting issue within the spreadsheet they use to keep track of the numbers. In a statement, Hudspeth said cells shifted for some of the voting centers in the spreadsheet and showed "incorrect numbers for other locations."
