SHENYANG, Oct. 4, Kyodo - Chinese authorities arrested Yang Bin, the newly appointed Dutch-Chinese governor of a new special economic zone in North Korea on Friday morning, South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported, quoting a Chinese official. Although the reasons for his arrest have yet to be announced, diplomatic sources in Beijing said the arrest is related to tax evasion, stock speculation and illegal real estate development, Yonhap reported.
