Wynonna Judd's daughter Grace Kelley has been hit with another charge stemming from her arrest on April 5. On Thursday, records show that the 27-year-old was also charged with "soliciting prostitution." She allegedly "exposed her breasts and lower body" on a busy highway in Alabama and — per a Daily Mail interview with Millbrook police chief P.K.
