    MADISON, Wis. -- The state Medical Examining Board disciplined 11 doctors this week for giving out questionable sick notes to public workers at a 2011 rally to fight Gov. Scott Walker's limits on collective bargaining. The discipline was handed down Wednesday, eight months after 20 other doctors were punished for similar activity. In the latest round, six doctors were reprimanded and five residents were given administrative warnings, a lesser form of discipline.
