Its been almost two years now since we were first contacted by January 6 police brutality victim Philip Anderson. Phillip Anderson was on the ground on the steps of the US Capitol with Rosanne Boyland when she died that day. Phillip was knocked unconscious at the time when he was gassed and pushed into a pile by Capitol Police. He was later rescued and revived by Jake Lang, a current January 6 political prisoner. I've been utterly perplexed by claims that Ashli Babbitt wasn't actually killed by police. What purpose is served by the police falsely creating a martyr? But I just saw footage of Roseanne Boyland's death and I'm much more disturbed. First off, she doesn't appear to have been trampled in any of the video footage. FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) -- A woman shot in her car while waiting in a Taco Bell drive-thru can sue the restaurant on grounds that it had lax security, the Indiana Court of Appeals ruled. A Wells County judge originally ruled against Sonya Winchell, but the appeals court found Taco Bell had a duty to ensure her safety and a jury should decide whether it tried to do so.
