<p>MIAMI — A judge has discharged an independent guardian for a brain-damaged woman at the center of a right-to-die case, weeks after the guardian completed a review of the woman's condition.</p> <p>In an order dated Dec. 17, Chief Circuit Judge David A. Demers (search) in St. Petersburg discharged Jay Wolfson (search) as Terri Schiavo's (search) guardian, according to attorneys on both sides.</p>
