A killer transgender pedophile who brutally raped a three-month-old baby is asking to be released from prison to attend an Indigenous ceremony. Tara Desousa, 43, has applied to the Federal Court in Canada to have a decision by the Fraser Valley Institution that denied her 'temporary absences' overturned.
