INVERNESS, Fla. (AP) -- A Florida couple whose adopted children told authorities of starvation and physical torture have been captured in Utah, officials said Friday. Citrus County sheriff's spokeswoman Ronda Evan confirmed that John and Linda Dollar, wanted on felony charges of aggravated child abuse, were captured but she had no other details.
