WASHINGTON - The man who caused a scare with suitcases at the U.S. Capitol this week was deported to Australia on Friday for violating the terms of his visa, Homeland Security Department officials said. The man, Wen Hao Zhao, had stationed himself on the west side of the Capitol on Monday with two black suitcases and asked to see the president.
