Biden's answer to a question during his Weather Channel interview... "Is it the responsibility of the U.S. to protect migrants who might be fleeing extreme weather in their countries?" "Look, I think the United States should do everything we can to help people in desperate need who have no other means of help. And we've always done that. It is not our, it's just who we are. We're the United States of America. And the idea to begrudge the ability to do the, for example, One of the things we're doing is we're providing for changing the environment the the...

McDonald’s will have to defend itself against a $10 billion lawsuit from media mogul Byron Allen over an allegation that the fast food chain doesn’t advertise with Black-owned media. A federal court ruled last week said that Allen and his company, Allen Media Group, can try to prove in court that McDonald’s violated civil rights laws. Allen said in a press release that only a small portion — about $5 million of McDonald’s $1.6 billion annual advertising budget — goes to Black-owned media and that the company has “refused to advertise” on his networks, which include the Weather Channel and...

CBS News hasn’t put the same kind of spotlight on weather as many of its rivals, but that may all be about to change as quickly as a shift in the wind. The Paramount Global news unit is teaming with The Weather Channel to bring more reporting on weather and climate to CBS News programs including “CBS Mornings” and “The CBS Evening News,” as well as the division’s streaming efforts. “This is a holistic partnership that brings together the scale of both companies’ reporting teams, technologies and audiences,” says Neeraj Khemlani, co-president of CBS News and Stations, in a prepared...

The Democrats control of the media allows them to misrepresent issues like the "climate change" scam as legitimate issues Republican journalists need to make an extra effort to discover and expose those scams. Weather Channel founder John Coleman calls global warming "the greatest scam in history." Lawrence Solomon published an expose' in the May 30, 2009 Financial Post detailing how the Enron corporation paid scientists and environmental groups to falsely claim increases in carbon dioxide would increase global air temperature. https://ep.probeinternational.org/2009/05/30/enrons-other-secret/ Physicist R.W. The Weather Channel voiced support for one of its reporters on Friday after a video of him reporting during Hurricane Florence went viral online. The video clip posted to Twitter appeared to mock the reporter's hurricane coverage, suggesting he was exaggerating the storm's force. The video shows longtime Weather Channel meteorologist and reporter Mike Seidel as he tried to gain his footing as the storm's winds bore down on him. "This is about as nasty as its been," Seidel, who was reporting from Wilmington, N.C., says in the clip while bracing against the wind. The camera then pans over to...

Researchers recently announced the discovery of human remains off the coast of Sarasota County, Florida. Radiocarbon testing of wood buried with the bones suggests the remains date back some 7,000 years. It's believed the remains were some of the first Native Americans to settle in Florida. Just 300 feet off the coast of Manasota Key in Sarasota County, Florida, divers made a recent discovery that could unlock centuries of Florida's ancient history. The find, called "unprecedented" by National Geographic, is a burial site that contains human remains dating back some 7,000 years. Originally believed to be a crime scene when...

After more than two decades of study I am convinced that life here on Earth has been getting better and better for the billions of we people who make this little blue marble our beloved home. The “tons and tons of carbon we are spewing into the atmosphere every day” as Al Gore puts it are actually a good thing. In his rants that the Earth will become uninhabitable former Vice President Gore is referring the carbon dioxide gas being released into the atmosphere as we power our civilization with fossil fuels. However, it turns out that as the...

Hillary Clinton is a selfish monster who doesn’t give 2 craps about the damage she does to the people around her. However, what she did today is Florida was a new low, even for her… The evil witch bought up $63,000 ads over top of the Weather Channel to take advantage of the horrible Hurricane hitting the Florida coast right now!Pretty sick, right? Of course, it is no surprise that Hillary would be looking to profit off the suffering of Americans. ***GOOD NEWS THOUGH: Hillary’s campaign was forced to pull every single one of the commercials. The charge against the...

In really a shameful display of political greed, Hillary Clinton is taking the “never let a serious crisis go to waste” Democrat mantra to an entirely new level — even before it occurs — and it’s simply grotesque. As weather reports of deadly Hurricane Matthew approaching the Florida coast, Hillary Clinton and her campaign of leftist masterminds were busily thinking of ways she could benefit politically from the possible tragedy that may occur.

“I have always been amazed that anyone would pay attention to Bill Nye, a pretend scientist in a bow tie,” Coleman said Friday, according to ClimateDepot.com. “As a man who has studied the science of meteorology for over 60 years and received the AMS (American Meteorological Society’s) ‘Meteorologist of the Year’ award, I am totally offended that Nye gets the press and media attention he does. And I am rooting for the ‘Climate Hustle’ film to become a huge hit — bigger than ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ by Al Gore,” Coleman said.

Weather Channel founder John Coleman doesn't think much of Bill Nye "The Science Guy." Coleman took Nye to the woodshed over a clip he recorded that aired over the weekend criticizing the soon to be released documentary Climate Hustle. “I have always been amazed that anyone would pay attention to Bill Nye, a pretend scientist in a bow tie,” Mr. Coleman said Saturday on the website Climate Depot. “As a man who has studied the science of meteorology for over 60 years and received the [American Meteorological Society] Meteorologist of the Year award, I am totally offended that Nye gets...

The channel shared a detailed plan with staffers on Wednesday morning. About 50 of the channel's 1,400 employees will be leaving. The plan calls for a singular focus "on our unique strength -- and that is the weather." With the cable channel bundle coming under increasing pressure, and "skinny bundles" becoming more common, "it's inevitable that channels will be cut," Weather Company CEO David Kenny said in an interview. With this in mind, "we need to be really clear who we are," Kenny said. That means paring back its original programming investments (shows like "Prospectors" and "Fat Guys in the...

The Weather Channel says it is getting rid of its reality TV shows, along with morning shows led by Sam Champion and Al Roker. The struggling network is looking to get back to its roots, with less expensive programming and a lineup that appeals more to weather geeks. An estimated 50 people out of The Weather Channel's staff of 1,400 are losing jobs as a result, the network said on Thursday. The NBC Universal-owned network had lured Champion from ABC's "Good Morning America" to host "AMHQ," a weather-focused morning news program. Starting in early November, Champion will work on weather...

On Wednesday, the Weather Channel launched a dramatic campaign it says is intended to help shift the climate change conversation from science to solutions. The series of short videos, called Climate 25, is surprisingly political for a venue like the Weather Channel, and most are aimed at making the case for urgent action from a conservative, Republican angle. Among the featured speakers are U.S. Army Gen. Charles H. Jacoby (Ret.); Henry Paulson, a former CEO of Goldman Sachs who served as secretary of the treasury under President George W. Bush from 2006 to 2009; and Paul Polman, the CEO of...
