Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director William J. Pulte sent two new criminal referrals to the U.S. Department of Justice concerning New York Attorney General Letitia James. The latest referrals come after a criminal indictment against James was tossed in deep blue northern Virginia. The referrals allege suspected homeowners insurance fraud involving misrepresentations on insurance applications for properties associated with James.
