Abandoned by his father to a troubled single mother; eventually raised by grandparents. He is then recruited from an Ivy league law school by shadow figures, a specific billionaire and a network of interests. He changes his name, writes a book about his life story, and with the support of the aforementioned – who eventually pays for the assembly of a strategic campaign influence network, becomes a Senator for 2 years before being quickly elevated into position in the White House. Many people reading that paragraph would be familiar with the life story of Barack Hussien Obama. However, that paragraph...

Virginia Republican Governor-Elect Glenn Youngkin’s former Carlyle Group cohorts own Dominion Voting Systems, the controversial voting machine company that is at the heart of widespread claims the 2020 presidential election was fraudulently stolen. ‘Carlyle co-founder David Rubenstein personally recruited Glenn Youngkin to join the organization in 1995. He was there for 25 years.’ / Twitter image This disturbing fact did not prevent Youngkin from running as the “alternative” to those who were declared the victor in the highly-irregular presidential race. He even repeatedly called for an “audit” of the Dominion machines themselves while on the campaign trail. Was this classic...

While i do believe that most polls are over sampling democrats, i think it's clear Romney would lose if the election were held today...Rasmussen has him up only one but the swing state picture is much worse when you look at the individual states...especially Ohio. We are kiddig ourselves if we think were going to match the 2010 turnout model with Obama at the top of the ticket. It will probably be somewhere between 2008 and 2010. The only time Romney made progress in the polls was when he added Ryan to the ticket. THats the one of the few...

I’ve argued many times that the politician Mitt Romney most closely resembles is John Kerry, primarily due to the Mittster’s legendary penchant for flip-flopping, a trait Kerry is also known for. I stand by my Kerry comparison, but Jonah Goldberg has an excellent point when he compares Romney to another Massachusetts politician: Michael Dukakis. Meanwhile, the Republicans seem to have become Dukakified. It was Michael Dukakis, the 1988 Democratic presidential nominee, who insisted that the election should be entirely about “competence, not ideology.” Romney has avoided saying that in so many words, but it’s certainly how he’s campaigning. After running to the right in...

“Deadly assault weapons … are not made for recreation or self-defense. They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people.” - Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney --IMAGE HERE-- As the Republican National Convention comes to a close, it is time for me to live up to the promise I made when I wrote about Why gun owners should fear a second term for President Obama. That promise was to give the Republican nominee the same skeptical scrutiny that I gave to President Obama. And just as in that previous article, I am limiting my discussion...

Watch Julie McCarty, President of the NE Tarrant [County TX] Tea Party and delegate to the Republican National Convention. Over strong grassroots opposition, Rule No. 12 was passed which gives the Republican National Committee the authority to change any rule between convention sessions. According to McCarty, “This rule was deliberately designed to suppress grassroots efforts.” "It is the Establishment Republicans saying to the grassroots, 'we do not want to hear from you, we want to do things our own way.'” They were able to defeat Rule 15. Under this rule, delegates to the National Convention would have no longer been...

Determined to neuter the grassroots and head off future insurgencies like those of Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, and Ron Paul, Republican party bosses have pulled off an audacious coup, high-handedly turning the GOP into a much more top-down, centralized party. Boehner with gavel Yesterday, the Republican National Committee in Tampa adopted some rules changes that shift power from the state parties and the grassroots to the RNC and the GOP presidential nominee. Former Governor John Sununu of New Hampshire touted the new rules as providing “a strong governing framework” for the party over the next four years. But in fact...

Ron Paul shows why gov. spending is the worst way to avoid financial crisis. He shows why America needs to end the fed and go back to gold and silver if we want to survive.

Many in the Evangelical, pro-life and other cultural conservative camps have seen the latest vacancy on the Supreme Court as THE appointment that will finally tip the philosophy of the Supreme Court far enough right to present a case that could overturn the bitterly divisive Roe vs Wade court decision of the 70's. Certainly there are many sides to this complex issue that has torn the country for over 30 years. A reading of the Supreme Court decision offers an amazing writing that draws not only from the 14th amendment and what has been termed the right to privacy, but...
