Maine has been the center of calls for civility and bipartisanship in politics in the past few months after Sen. Olympia Snowe resigned her seat, fed up with Senate’s lack of those two things. But one Maine Democratic legislator seems to have missed the memo, sending out a tweet in which he seemingly called for former Vice President Dick Cheney’s execution. Rep.
