The Biden-Harris regime, consistent with its record of daily lawbreaking, has just illegally canceled another $1.2 billion in student loan debt owed by about 150,000 borrowers whose individual loans were about $12,000 each. This is just the latest, on top of three years of other incremental student loan cancellations, totaling about $138 billion in unpaid student loan debt so far, owed by almost four million voters, some of which is still tied up in court, but the regime’s actions have severely jeopardized the government’s ability to ever collect, even if these illegal acts are properly overturned. In some states where...

Google has Usurped DemocracyWe hear a lot about “election integrity” or lack thereof, particularly around the issues of counting the vote and the ballot box. But the truth is that elections are more likely to be stolen via search engine manipulation effects (SEME).What is SEME?SEME is an abbreviation for the search engine manipulation effect. In a series of randomized controlled experiments, it has been shown that more than 20% of undecided voters can be manipulated into voting one way or the other, by simply manipulating the rankings of search engine results. These studies were published in an article titled “The search...

The United States is reportedly hoping that Brazil’s radical leftist President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva uses his “influence” to convince Venezuela’s socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro to commit to a “free and fair” election following his meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday. The “free and fair” presidential election agreement — which the Maduro regime and Venezuelan opposition signed in 2023 and Blinken has repeatedly promoted over the years — has, so far, resulted in a major blunder for the Biden Administration. Venezuela’s political situation was one of the subjects reportedly discussed in Blinken’s meeting with Lula,...

Texas is under threat of a George Soros-backed takeover. Soros-funded RINO judges have been elected in some of the highest courts in Texas. These judges implemented restrictions that have blocked nearly a thousand cases of voter fraud from being investigated or prosecuted from across the state. These new restrictions are similar to ones in place in states like George, Arizona, and Wisconsin, leaving Texas more susceptible to election corruption than ever. If Texas falls to corruption, America will lose its largest bastion of conservative electoral power in the nation. Without Texas, Republicans WILL NOT be able to win national elections...

Government-Backed Censors Who Rigged The 2020 Election Are Now Stealing 2024Tucker Carlson’s interview with Mike Benz should be a wake-up call for all Americans that our government is waging war on us.If you didn’t see Tucker Carlson’s interview last week with Mike Benz, you need to take an hour and watch the whole thing. In a mind-bending narrative about the emergence of what Benz calls “military rule” through an online censorship industry in the U.S., he lays out in startling detail just how corrupt and tyrannical the U.S. defense and foreign policy establishment has become. Most importantly, Benz, the executive...

A green nonprofit that is indirectly funded by a foreign billionaire is pressuring broadcasters to drop advertisements that criticize the Biden administration’s massive electric vehicle (EV) agenda. Climate Power wrote to numerous broadcasters this week demanding that they stop airing American Fuel and Petrochemicals Manufacturers (AFPM)-funded advertisements in swing state markets that rail against President Joe Biden’s plans to impose widespread EV adoption in the coming years. The charitable organization affiliated with Hansjorg Wyss, a Swiss health care mogul and billionaire philanthropist, donates millions of dollars to the Fund for a Better Future, which was the fiscal sponsor for Climate...

By now, you're aware that on Sunday afternoon, a deranged woman brought her young son and an AR-15 into Joel Osteen's Lakewood megachurch and opened fire. After the smoke cleared, the shooter, Genesse Ivonne Moreno, 36, had been killed by two off-duty officers. A 57-year-old man had taken a round in the leg; he was treated at a medical facility and released. And Moreno's seven-year-old son had been shot in the head. The boy remains in critical condition with a poor prognosis. It's unclear whether Moreno herself shot her child, but then, there are a lot of confusing details still...

Last week, The Gateway Pundit reported on Craig Callaway’s recent indictment in Atlantic City, NJ for “procuring, casting, and tabulating fraudulent ballots.” The former Atlantic City council president was caught allegedly paying New Jersey residents $30 to $50 to “act as authorized messengers and request mail-in ballots for voters whom they’d never met.” The alleged crime took place during the 2022 mid-term election when Callaway was paid $65,500 by Rep. Jeff Van Drew’s (R-02) campaign for “strategic consulting”. Rep. Van Drew had paid Callaway’s firm $110,000 for services in the 2020 campaign as well. Callaway faces up to five years...

The Public Interest Legal Foundation's (PILF) efforts to fight election fraud in Michigan are being fiercely resisted by Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D). PILF Communications Director Lauren Bis said "there are more than 17,000 registered voters in the state who have been dead for more than a decade. Their names should have been purged from the voter rolls." Benson asserts that "there is no need for the type of intrusive intervention PILF is seeking. Deceased persons will eventually be excised from the list when it is clear that they are dead. The obituaries and grave stones PILF has cited...

The Wisconsin Elections Commission has complied with court orders and will now tell the over 1,800 local election clerks they can accept absentee ballots that are missing parts of a witness address. The commission made the move after members voted 5-1 Thursday. The lone no vote against the new guidance was cast by Republican Commissioner Bob Spindell, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Previously, clerks were required to try to contact voters to correct absentee ballot envelopes that had “incomplete or insufficient” witness address information before accepting such ballots. Wisconsin law requires absentee ballots to be submitted with a witness’s...

During the run-up to the 2020 Presidential Election, election processes were changed to roll out “no excuse mail-in voting.” Some states even went as far as sending ballots to every voter on the voter registration roll. Most of these changes were made without the consent of the state legislatures, as mandated by the US Constitution in Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1. As a result of this, the number of mail-in ballots cast, according to the US Elections Assistance Commission, went from 33 million mail-in ballots in 2016 to approximately 65.5 million in the 2020 Election, despite warnings from a...

As Evanston prepares to become the first city in Illinois to implement ranked-choice voting in its 2025 municipal elections, the city is also set to revisit a proposed ordinance that would allow documented residents without U.S. citizenship to vote in local elections. Ald. Devon Reid (8th) introduced the ordinance at the Dec. 4 Rules Committee meeting. He said the change would increase voter turnout by allowing residents who are civically active to more fully participate in their community. “I believe it has been the march of our nation to allow more and more folks the right to vote in our...

Officials said court and other systems in Georgia’s most populous county were hacked over the weekend, interrupting routine operations, but the district attorney’s office said the racketeering case against former President Donald Trump is unaffected. Fulton County, which includes most of Atlanta, was experiencing a “widespread system outage” from a “cybersecurity incident,” county commission Chair Robb Pitts said Monday in a video posted on social media. Notably, he said, the outage is affecting the county’s phone, court and tax systems. But the office of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said the racketeering case against Trump and others is not...

The Department of Homeland Security and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency knew that mass mail-in voting during the 2020 election contained risks but continued to flag social media posts raising such concerns as disinformation, according to new documents obtained by America First Legal in its lawsuit against the agency. The CISA documents appear to show that in September 2020, officials knew that mail-in voting came with election security risks and that there was no evidence to support the claim that in-person voting would “increase the spread of COVID-19.” Officials also were reportedly aware that mass mail-in efforts presented challenges...

In Part 1 of this series on the explosive testimony and demonstration of University of Michigan Professor Dr. J Alex Halderman in the federal lawsuit Curling v. Raffensperger, The Gateway Pundit covered more in-depth the ease of exploiting the “BIC pen hack” and, further, the simple and inexpensive creation of voter, poll-worker, and, most importantly, technician Smart cards to attack the Dominion ICX BMD or ballot marking device. Part 1 can be read here. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/01/part-1-full-scope-dominion-icx-hack-federal/ But there was much more revealed in Judge Totenberg’s courtroom regarding the vulnerabilities of these electronic voting devices. To summarize Part 1, Dr. Halderman was...

This story has been making the rounds again in the wake of the third anniversary of the Capitol Hill riot, so we may as well take a look at it. It’s either one of the craziest conspiracy theories of the modern era or a scandalous indictment of our federal law enforcement system. As almost everyone surely knows by now, some person or persons planted pipe bombs outside of both the RNC and DNC headquarters in Washington the night before the riot. Yet three years later, no arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified. The story attracted renewed...

In June 2023, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report – the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had been hiding this report from the public for two years. University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Alex Halderman and Security Researcher and Assistant Professor at Auburn University Drew Sringall collaborated on the report where they discovered many exploitable vulnerabilities in the Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X system. Far-left Judge Amy Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of the investigation...
