CHARLESTON, S.C. (NNS) -- Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Gary Roughead delivered the principal address at the commissioning of the Navy's 53rd Arleigh Burke-class destroyer, USS Truxtun (DDG 103), April 25.
