The U.S. Department of State said Thursday that 32 Americans have been killed in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas. Matthew Miller, a spokesperson for the State Department, said at a news conference Thursday that as part of the ongoing conflict, 32 Americans are dead, 11 remain unaccounted for and “with respect to our work to secure the release of hostages, that work is ongoing.”
