Question of WHO any of YOU think might be a good start to talk to concerning a not so very unusal case of reverse discrimination. Case in point : Enviorment : Trucking company, union. Employees have a very good work relatioship beyween eachother--and actually--not one bad apple in the bunch--except the Union Shop Steward who just happens to be a minority himself with a few " complaints" formerly against him for as they say...NOT being " racially balanced ' concerning his rulings on Mang./Union decisions and issues.
